Raccoon in the Evening Print

An elaborately dressed raccoon makes a grand entrance under the evening sky. Billowing between her ears are agave leaves, devil's-claws, cane beardgrass, hackberries, Apache plumes and ribbons of snakeskin.

She waves a coordinating fan and scarf, and she's bejeweled with the legs and elytra of June beetles—after savoring their creamy insides. The back reveals what the foxes whisper about her over-accessorized look.
